The terms of the deal.

These terms apply when you visit fighttheflock.com or buy from us. The site is run by Fight The Flock, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Last updated October 9, 2026.

The short version

Buy our gear for yourself, give us accurate information, and don’t misuse the site. We’ll ship what you ordered, stand behind it with our 30-day return policy, and fix any mistakes we make.

Using our site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
Don’t use the site for anything illegal, try to break or overload it, scrape it, or upload harmful code.
We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts that violate these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, cancel orders that look fraudulent or are placed by resellers, and correct pricing or description errors, even after you’ve ordered. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

Products

We do our best to show colors, fit and details accurately, but screens vary and some of our product images are digitally created, so the real thing may look slightly different. Size charts are a guide. Limited drops are made in small quantities and may sell out.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. You have 30 days to return eligible items. See our Returns page for how it works.

Promotions and free gifts

Discount codes and free gifts, like the Discipline Series bracelet, are limited to one per person unless stated, can’t be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time. Gifts are not returnable.

Accounts and emails

Keep your account information accurate and your password private. If you sign up for our emails, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Reviews and things you send us

When you post a review, photo or comment, or send us ideas, you confirm it’s yours and honest, and you let us use, share and display it, including on our site and social media, without payment. We may remove anything that’s offensive, misleading or breaks these terms.

Our brand

The Fight The Flock name, logos, designs, photos and writing on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy, sell or use them without our written permission.

Other sites and services

Our site links to and uses other services, like Shopify, payment processors, Loox reviews and social media. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

If you break these terms

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our store changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after an update means you accept it.
