Every order is packed by hand and ships within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation by email as soon as it ships, with tracking on every method except Standard Mail.

Standard pricing is based on order weight. Standard Mail is for small items like the bracelet and ships as a letter, so it doesn't include tracking. Delivery times begin once your order ships and are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@fighttheflock.com and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at support@fighttheflock.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
