This policy explains what Fight The Flock collects when you visit fighttheflock.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 9, 2026.

The short version

We use your information to fill your orders, support you, and send the emails you signed up for. We don’t sell your personal information, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data anytime.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you enter one, and what you bought.
Payment details: handled by Shopify and our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
Account and email details: your email address and whether you’ve signed up for our emails, including the Discipline Series.
Browsing details: your device, browser, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technology.
What you send us: emails, reviews, photos and anything else you choose to share.

How we use it

Process, ship and track your orders, and handle returns.
Answer your questions and provide support.
Send marketing emails, only if you’ve subscribed.
Send reminders about items left in your cart or products you viewed, if you’re subscribed.
Improve our website, products and emails.
Measure and improve our advertising.
Prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Email marketing

We only send marketing emails if you’ve subscribed, for example through the Discipline Series signup or the box at checkout. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. You’ll still receive emails about your orders.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how our site is used. Our advertising partners, such as Meta, Google and TikTok, may also use cookies or pixels to measure our ads and show you relevant ads on their platforms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the cart, may not work without them.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the store:

Shopify, which hosts our store, checkout and emails.
Payment processors, to complete your purchase.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
Loox, which collects and displays product reviews.
Shopify Collabs, which runs our ambassador program.
Advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok, to measure and run our ads.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. If Fight The Flock is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop using it for targeted advertising. Email support@fighttheflock.com and we’ll respond within the time required by law. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights, and we extend them to everyone.

We won’t treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep email subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security

Our store runs on Shopify, which encrypts your data and meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our store changes. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
