The short version

We work to meet recognized accessibility standards. If anything on the site gets in your way, email support@fighttheflock.com and we’ll help you complete your order and fix the problem.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines help make websites easier to use for people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

Write descriptive text for product and page images.
Use readable text sizes and strong color contrast.
Keep the site usable with a keyboard and screen reader.
Review the site as we add new pages, products and features.

Third-party content

Some features, like checkout, reviews and embedded social media, are run by other companies. We choose partners who take accessibility seriously, but we can’t fully control their content.

If you have trouble using any part of the site, email support@fighttheflock.com. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll help you place your order or get the information you need, and work on a fix. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
