Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can assist:
Returns
- You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- If your original order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can place a new order for the item you'd like instead. To make this process easier, we will:
- Waive any shipping cost deductions if your original order included free shipping.
- Refund your original shipping cost, if applicable.
How to Request a Return
You can easily request a return through your account on our website:
- Log in to your account at account.fighttheflock.com.
- Once logged in, locate the order you’d like to return.
- Click the 'Request Return' option.
- If your order contains multiple items, select the ones you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
If you checked out as a guest, you can request a return by emailing us at support@fighttheflock.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@fighttheflock.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
