Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind every product. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Refunds apply to product price only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order. We’ll process your return separately and refund you once it’s received.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in at account.fighttheflock.com.
  2. Open the order you’d like to return and click Request Return.
  3. Select the item(s) and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fighttheflock.com and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, except for damaged/defective items.
