If it's not right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how returns work.

30-day returns

Return any item within 30 days of delivery.

What qualifies

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the hang tag attached.
The extras that ship with the Icon Shirt (collector's bracelet, patch, decals and mission card) are yours to keep. Just send back the shirt.
The free Discipline Series bracelet is a gift and is not returnable.

How to start a return

Open your order and click Request Return.

Choose the item(s) and a reason. We'll email you the return instructions.

Checked out as a guest? Email support@fighttheflock.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Need a different size?

We don't do direct exchanges. Place a new order for the size you want, then start a return for the original. We'll refund it as soon as it arrives.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fighttheflock.com with a photo. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
