Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can assist:


Returns

  • You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
  • If your original order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can place a new order for the item you'd like instead. To make this process easier, we will:
    • Waive any shipping cost deductions if your original order included free shipping.
    • Refund your original shipping cost, if applicable.

How to Request a Return

You can easily request a return through your account on our website:

  1. Log in to your account at account.fighttheflock.com.
  2. Once logged in, locate the order you’d like to return.
  3. Click the 'Request Return' option.
  4. If your order contains multiple items, select the ones you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.

If you checked out as a guest, you can request a return by emailing us at support@fighttheflock.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@fighttheflock.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
